Prof. Ahmed Samir Serves as the General Manager for Maxim Education Sector, with 30+ years in higher education administration and curriculum development. His previous roles include Vice President for International Relations at Misr University for Science and Technology, Dean of the Faculty of Business, and Department Chair at King Abdulaziz University (KSA) and Maximillian University (Munich, Germany).

Prof. Roushdy holds two Ph.D. degrees—Egypt's first in Business Administration (electronic financial services) and a second from Germany in Marketing (higher education)—plus National Defense College fellowship. His research appears in international journals focusing on marketing higher education and brand management, with presentations across the US, Europe, and Middle East.

Additionally, Prof. Roushdy serves as a consultant to the Minister of Youth and Sports on Entrepreneurship and Small Business, he established presidential-sponsored national initiatives: "EgyPreneures," "EgyTruck," and "EgyScientific" to advance entrepreneurship and research commercialization.
