Mr. Mohamed Abdallah is the Chief Compliance and Governance Officer at Maxim Investment Group, bringing 17 years of expertise in legal administration.
He has previously served prominent corporations and financial institutions, including the National Bank of Egypt and Beltone Financial Holding. At the National Bank of Egypt, Mr. Abdallah held the role of Director of the Legal Department and Governance Relations. He also served as Head of the Legal Sector, Government Relations, and Anti Money Laundering at Beltone Financial Group.
With a strong background in governance and anti-money laundering supervision, Mr. Abdalla’s extensive experience and relationships have enabled him to resolve complex issues, set high standards, and foster a culture of integrity, ethical behavior, and accountability across the business.
