Over 30 years experience as an HR Leader and Regional Director mainly for the role of transformational HR. For more than nine years in her life, Dr Doaa Moussa was the Regional SR Director of HR in Hilton worldwide leading the biggest region of Egypt, Levant and North Africa. Prior to her appointment at Hilton Worldwide, she led the human resources function at Saint-Gobain Group as the Delegation HR Director overlooking a number of industries and countries. For the last 4 years, she was the Group Chief people and Culture for diversified business Groups like Maxim Investment, Alameda Healthcare and Samcrete Investment Group . She became well known in the MEA Market as a pioneer female HRD leading the HR functions in heavy industries, hospitality and several diversifies fields re-structuring workforce in multi-national organizations, designing job grades, salary structures and high-performance management system that best fit the organization.

Doaa has been leading organizational behavior, employee thrive and wellbeing and diversity challenging goals for many International and multi-National organizations. People and Talent is her main theme and where she invested her years of experience enhancing in different aspects and multiple fields.

Doaa has 2 MBAs in Strategic HRM and Strategic Management and doing her PHD in leadership and change management, Currently studying for her PhD in HR, Liverpool University.
