Hader Mehaya holds a BC in Computer Science and is an accomplished CTO/CIO with over 24 years of hospitality industry experience across the Middle East, particularly in Egypt and the Gulf area. He has held senior IT leadership roles with Intercontinental (IHG) as a hotel opening team member for 8 years, Sorouh Real Estate Company for Sheikh Zayed sons from Abu Dhabi as Director of IT for Egypt, Shaza Hotels (a subsidiary of Kempinski Hotels) as Director of ICT and Regional Director for hotel openings in the Middle East for 7 years, and Royal Maxim Palace Kempinski as Director of ICT for 8 years.

Currently serving as Chief Information Officer at Maxim Investment Group (MIG), Hader is responsible for developing and implementing IT strategies aligned with business objectives, managing technology infrastructure, establishing and maintaining information security programs, overseeing IT budgets, leading and mentoring IT teams, managing vendor relationships, ensuring compliance with technology regulations, creating infrastructure policies, monitoring technological trends, and communicating strategies internally and externally.

His expertise spans IT integrations, hotel infrastructure design and deployment, technology lifecycle upgrades, risk management, and the adoption of innovative technologies, consistently delivering results that meet or exceed organizational expectations
