Mr. Abdelmeguid Tosson is a seasoned executive with a distinguished career spanning over three decades in various leadership roles.
Since February 2023, he has been serving as the GM at Maxim-Industrial, where he oversees strategic initiatives and operational efficiencies.
Prior to his current role, He was the CEO of Gamma Security Systems managing the Egypt and Dubai branches from 2021 to 2023, Before that, he served as the COO of FLO from 2018 to 2021, where he was instrumental in driving the company’s growth and expansion strategies.
Mr. Tosson began his illustrious career in the Egyptian Army in 1989, gaining extensive experience in management, planning, safety, and security. His military background provided a solid foundation for his subsequent roles in the corporate sector.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Ain Shams University and a degree in Military Science, Lean Project Management, OSHA, Strategic Planning, and Supply Chain Management.
