Ms Omneya Sharaf has over 23 years of experience in Strategic HR  Management across industries like Heavy Industry, Energy, FMCGs, and Fintech, Omneya is a dynamic leader.
A graduate of Alexandria University’s Arts Faculty (French Section), her career began at Lafarge-Titan Egypt in 2001, managing Training & Development at Alexandria Cement Factory. She joined Schneider Electric NEA in 2006, excelling in roles like Organization Development Manager and Industrial HRBP.
She transitioned to consultancy in 2012, partnering with top firms across diverse sectors.
In 2013, she joined Mondelez International as Talent & Organization Effectiveness Regional Senior Manager, followed by HR leadership roles at Avon Cosmetics and MNT-Halan Group, Egypt’s first Fintech unicorn.
Most recently, she supported business transformation at Benya Technologies.
