Mr. Essam Hassan holds a Master of Business Administration in Corporate Finance (MBA) as well as a Certified Financial Technician (CFTe) and a Certified Auditor (CA).
Mr. Hassan comes from a strong financial business acumen, having served over two decades in corporate finance as the CFO for ALIBABA Group, Financial Controller for Virgin Megastore, and Azadea Group in Egypt. He has mastered corporate restructuring and transformation with a long-proven record of financial leadership and corporate structures.
Throughout his career, Mr. Hassan has managed more than 30 international brands across the MENA region and was able to lead these brands to giant growth and financial profitability through his special brand of unique know-how as well as intellectual intelligence and sound leadership.
